“Les Sablés d’Asnelles” biscuit factory was founded in 1904 by Monsieur Bansard and the secret recipe has been passed on from owner to owner.

It is located in Asnelles, near Gold Beach between Arromanches and Courseulles on the Normandy coastal D514 road, with its memorable D-Day landing beaches and still-visible artificial harbour.

It is so important to preserve the genuine and traditional know-how of our biscuit factory, by making good products using the best quality raw materials and coming mainly from our native Norman soil, free of all GMOs or preservatives.

We really cherish the little joys in life by working on a product that will bring you back to when you were a child, with all the tastes and smells of yesteryear.

It is such a pleasure to see your eyes sparkle when you taste our biscuits when you visit us.

So as to continue to develop our creativity and to pass on to you our passion and know-how, the biscuit factory is developing even further with the opening of a new, more spacious Place Stanier boutique, and a comfortable tea room, where you can enjoy our good homemade cakes accompanied by tea or coffee.

Other locally-made quality products are also sold in our boutique such as: cider, chocolates and caramels.
